Refund policy

Here at Iris & Aura we appreciate that everyone's senses can be different. We endeavour to create a sense of our products by name and description and therefore we will not be able to replace if you have a change in mind of product chosen.

Iris & Aura products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us. All products must be returned to us immediately and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if the product is deemed faulty by our team.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damage in Transit

If your products unfortunately arrive damaged in transit, photographic evidence must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product so that we can discuss this with our shipping service. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible if eligible.
