Our Story

In 2021, Emily, owner and founder of Iris & Aura created an all natural candle company based on The Sunshine Coast of Eastern Australia after being on a constant search for a clean, eco conscious scented candle. 

This little project initially started up as a hobby from Emily's kitchen but quickly turned into full drive and motivation to produce a clean alternative to what is a flooded synthetic, chemical based industry.

Being a lover of candles and the natural benefits of essential oils it became clear to Emily that this was the path she was going down. Many hours, days, weeks were spent testing plant-based waxes, different cotton eco wicks, vegan friendly essential oils as not only a clean product was in the making but also one that is cruelty free, vegan friendly and 100% synthetic fragrance free.

Once settled on a natural blend of Coconut and Soy wax, perfecting the essential oil blends, each and every single candle is then hand poured with passion, perfection and love by Emily alone knowing that a clean aromatherapy candle is being created and going out to burn safely in homes around the world.
