Returns Policy

Iris & Aura products will only be refunded if deemed faulty by us. We will not be able to replace if you have a change in mind. All products must be returned to us straight away and once received and assessed, we will exchange or credit in full if the product is deemed faulty.

If products are damaged in transit, photographic evidence must be sent to us within 24 hours of receiving the product and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.
